3. PRIOR PUBLIC CONSULTATION (art. 133.1 LPAC)

The General Directorate of Public Governance of the Ministry of Finance and Public Service calls for a process of citizen participation in the project to reform the Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance Act, in order to gather the opinions of the subjects and organizations potentially affected by the future reform. Both for those affected who have an internal or external character to the public administration, whether or not they are qualified actors, applicators or users of the norm or simply mere observers.
