The contents, organization and choice of the links of the pages of the Transparency Portal have been selected and coordinated by the General Directorate of Public Governance of the State Secretariat of Public Service with the collaboration of the Transparency Information Units of each of the ministerial departments.

The total or partial reproduction of the contents of this internet portal without citing its origin or requesting authorization is prohibited.

Within the section Right of access to public information the Transparency Portal is accessed to the electronic headquarters https://sede.transparencia.gob.es, through which you can access all the procedures related to the request for public information.

The liability regime of this sub-site is regulated as follows:

1. The management of common content and services made available to citizens will be the responsibility of the General Directorate of Public Governance and the Transparency Information Units.

2. Responsibility for the contents of the different ministerial departments and their dependent agencies will be held by the persons holding their management centres, respectively. The responsibility will correspond to the competences that each of the holders has attributed by the current legislation.

3. The management of the technological platform is the responsibility of the State Agency for Digital Administration (AEAD), attached to the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Public Service.

However, neither the General Directorate of Public Governance nor the State Agency of Digital Administration (AEAD) will be responsible for the integrity and availability of the information, which is provided to the Transparency Portal through links or links to other pages or electronic headquarters whose responsibility corresponds to different body or Public Administration.

The Transparency Portal will establish the necessary means for citizens to know if the information or service they access belongs to their own environment or to an external access point.

Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of the National Security Scheme, the appropriate security levels have been adopted to the data provided by the User and in addition, it has installed all the means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and extraction thereof.

The active advertising information obtained through the Transparency Portal would fall within the scope of Art. 4.2.a) “Reuse of documents made available to the public without conditions”, of the Law 37/2007, of 16 November, on the reuse of public sector information and in accordance with the provisions of Art. 7 of Royal Decree 1495/2011, of 24 October, implementing the aforementioned Law 37/2007, of 16 November.
