The authorization of compatibility for the exercise of public or private activities granted, under the regulations on incompatibilities, from January 1, 2014 to the public employees of the General State Administration, of Social Security and of the entities, agencies and dependent companies.

The resolutions that authorize or recognize a compatibility are not extinguished and/or lose their effect, by expiration of a certain period indicated in the law.

These are automatically null and void only if there is any change in the conditions that served as the basis for their concession (such as a change of position in the public sector or a change in the schedule in which the private activity is carried out).

The information is provided in two listings per year:

• Compatibility Authorization Resolutions for Public Activities: Contains authorized compatibilities for a second position, position or activity in the public sector. The name of the position, workplace, department, locality and province of each of the positions is shown.
• Compatibility Resolutions for Private Activities: Contains recognized compatibilities for private activities. It shows the name of the public position, work center, department and locality and province, as well as the type of private activity, company –if applicable–, locality and province.

Regulations on incompatibilities:

• Law 53/1984, of 26 December, on incompatibilities of personnel in the service of public administrations.
  

• Royal Decree 598/1985, of 30 April, on incompatibilities of personnel in the service of the General State Administration, of Social Security and of entities, agencies and dependent companies.
