System of Integrity of the General State Administration

Presentation

The Integrity System of the General State Administration (hereinafter SIAGE) seeks to incorporate key elements such as:

  • A code of good administration for public employees. It is a guide to acting correctly in the performance of the work of public sector personnel.
  • A code of good governance for senior officials.
  • An organizational structure of the Integrity System.
  • Internal information channels and institutional ethics mailboxes.
  • An integrity risk management system.
  • Activities and means of training and dissemination.
  • Mechanisms for planning, monitoring, evaluation and review of the System.

The first version of the SIAGE document was in public consultation from 18 January to 27 February 2023. Then, on March 7, 2023, the Coordinating Commission of the General Service Inspections of the ministerial departments approved the document.

The current version of the SIAGE document was approved by the Council of Ministers on January 28, 2025.
