State of implementation
On December 10, 2021, the Council of the Xunta de Galicia approved the General Plan of Prevention of Management Risks and Anti-Fraud Measures of the Xunta de Galicia (https://transparencia.xunta.gal/integridade-institucional).
The plan provides for the establishment of a channel for reporting irregularities or fraud behaviour, to be based in the Central African Republic. Integrated Citizenship Care System (SIACI)).
The submission of complaints in this channel, which will require the electronic identification of the complainant to avoid impersonations or automated complaints, will be treated by the regional administration guaranteeing the anonymity of the complainant, so that the bodies that must investigate the complaint do not know the identity of the complainant.
