10.8.1. Completion of the digital configuration of administrative procedures so that they operate fully electronically, thus offering easy-to-use, agile and less bureaucratic services
In this plan, a specific axis relative to the simplification of administrative procedures, which includes the forecast of continuing the process of digitization of administrative procedures. In October 2021, within the digitization process, a review process has been carried out that has led to the provision of 106 administrative procedures in electronic offices that were not yet available electronically.
In addition, the effort that is currently being made to achieve a complete digital configuration of the public procurement procedure, through the extension of the use of the integral electronic processing tool of the procurement procedure to all the Consellerías of the Xunta de Galicia, has a special relevance.
Throughout the year 2022, work has continued with a view to incorporating the Xunta de Galicia’s integrated electronic processing system into the various departments, with the expectation of starting the year 2023 with most of the Xunta de Galicia Departments incorporated into the integrated electronic processing system of public procurement.
In the year 2023, the obstacles to the incorporation of procedures to the electronic headquarters and the digitalization of procedures have continued.
