The Service Charters are the instrument through which the bodies, agencies and entities of the General State Administration inform citizens and users about the services they are responsible for, the rights they have in relation to them and the commitments they assume to improve their quality.
Chapter III of Royal Decree 951/2005 of July 29, 2005, which establishes the general framework for quality improvement in the General State Administration, describes the Service Charter Program.
