Law 19/13 of 9 december, of transparency, access to public information and good governance requires the organs of the General state administration to make public the information relating to subsidies and state aid granted.

The database contains national grants subsidiesnatural and legal persons granted by public administrations from 2016.

For subsidies and state aid granted by theGeneral state administrationinclude sincejanuary 2014.

Provides information, among other data, the lead agency, the amount, object or purpose and beneficiaries.

• Resolution of 15 june by 2020, of the General Intervention of state administration, which regulates the process of registration and publication of notices in the national system of publicity of Subsidies and state aid.
• Royal Decree 130/2019, of 8 march,which regulates the national database of grants and advertising of grants and other public aid.
