Subsidies
Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance obliges the bodies of the General State Administration to make public information on the subsidies and public aid they grant.
The National Grants Database contains grants to natural and legal persons awarded by public administrations since 2016.
Public subsidies and aid granted by the General State Administration have been included since January 2014.
Information is provided on, among other things, the body awarding the grant, the amount, the object or purpose and the beneficiaries.

- Resolution of 15 June 2020, of the General Intervention of the State Administration,regulating the process of registration and publication of calls for proposals in the National System for the Publicity of Public Subsidies and Grants.
- Royal Decree 130/2019 of 8 March,regulating the National Grants Database and the publicity of grants and other public assistance.
