Cooperation agreement with the beijing platform of the third Sector
- 30 november 2021. Formalization of the convention.
On 30 november 2021 was concluded on a collaboration agreement between theGeneral state administration and the beijing platform for the third Sector, for communication of open government inclusive.
This Platform is a non-profit organisation that integrates 28,000 national entities whose objective is to defend the rights and interests of the more vulnerable sections on the basis of disability, income or any other circumstances.
The convention, that the administration will provide eur 180,000 funded by the fund of recovery, transformation and Resilience, responds to the common will to implement the commitment 8 of the IV open governance Plan, which is to “ develop a communication inclusive open government ”, and the will to take all the resources and means, public and private, creating synergies for the achievement, inter alia, to overcome the digital divide and to ensure universal accessibility in the exercise of the rights relevant to the government opened in conditions of equality and non-discrimination, through targeted actions, addressed to the more vulnerable sections or with special needs, promoting its social inclusion.

The Platform of the third Sector celebrates his last day in the framework of the project ‘Open Government: for all people’. The day puts an end to theCooperation agreement for the communication Ithe government Opened nclusivashe signed with theMinistry of finance and Public Serviceat the end of the year 2021. Building On this occasion, has produced an outcome document, which puts the two years of intensive activities that have managed to bring the public service to persons at risk of or at risk of social exclusion.

Communication campaign of Open Government Inclusive
Under commitment 8 of the IV open governance Plan, the department of Public Governance of the ministry of finance and Public Service has awarded therecruitment of creativity in a communication campaign inclusive Open Government. This campaign has the following objectives:
-Informing and contributing to what is the open government, to publicize the existence of the Portal of transparency and participatory mechanisms in place in public life.
-Changing attitudes, beliefs and stereotypes regarding the governance and contribute to project an image of transparent administration and nearby, facilitator of the exercise of rights and contributing to strengthening democracy.
-Change behaviour of the population to access the Portal of transparency to a greater extent, requesting information to the administration, to participate in processes of consultation of the administration, and to send proposals for improved public services.
