State of implementation
In April 2021, a link to an online integrity questionnaire prepared in the DGGP itself had been sent to all the General Inspections of Departmental Services, with the aim of making a first general diagnosis of the preventive systems of public integrity existing in the AGE, having been previously informed about it at a meeting of the Coordinating Commission of General Inspections.
In June 2021, the online questionnaire prepared in the DGGP had already been closed and in which all the General Inspections of departmental services incorporated information about their respective ministry in terms of preventive systems of public integrity.
With the information gathered, a report has been prepared by the Sub-Directorate General of the General Inspectorate of Services, which was disseminated and discussed in the Coordinating Commission for Inspections of Services. Once the report was finalized, the final document was forwarded to the SGGA as part of the accountability process of the Fourth Plan.
In the month of July 2021 the Report on Preventive Systems of Public Integrity in the General State Administration by members of the Public Integrity Working Group of the Open Government Forum. After the deadline set (31/07/2021) for the members of the Public Integrity Working Group of the Open Government Forum to make possible observations to the Report and, having not received any, it has been raised to final and has been published in the Transparency Portal, giving the activity to end.
