Final report of results. Survey of satisfaction of the Transparency Portal
During the months of February, March and April 2023, a survey was open to measure user satisfaction with the Transparency Portal of the General Administration of the State and to comply with one of the commitments included in the IV Open Government plan consisting of the plan of continuous improvement of the Transparency Portal, specifically the activity 2.2.10 Annual satisfaction survey for periodic evaluation and improvement of the Portal.
Questions such as: easy comprehension (use of simple language), specific and concise questions, that there are not a large number of them (in order to reduce dropout rates) and that their results are easily measurable and exploitable have been taken into account in the preparation of the questions.
All questions and their corresponding answers have been voluntary.
In order to make it more widespread, the following actions were carried out:
It was publicized through the Transparency Portal placing it as a novelty on the main page.
It was located on the Contact page (in first position)
Weekly announcements of the survey were posted on Twitter.
