Objective: Carry out a satisfaction survey every year to assess the degree of satisfaction of the Transparency Portal and identify areas of improvement of it.
Note: task 1 of activity 7 of Project 4 “New Transparency Portal” of the DGGP Strategic Plan.

The service charter indicators are being reviewed to advance the portal satisfaction survey.
Current status:The survey is already published and open until 30/04/2023. When the deadline expires, the results will be published.
