Archive is a definitive archival web application whose main objective is to ensure that the stored electronic information is authentic, accessible only by the relevant users or stakeholders, is complete, is available sine die, and provides the necessary traceability information.
1. Diagnosis of the current situation in terms of electronic file

The diagnosis is finished. It is concluded that it is necessary to have an electronic file of definitive documentation for the electronic documentation to properly maintain expiration of electronic signatures and obsolete formats, mainly.
2. MINHAP Electronic Archive

To date, there are more than 40,000 files in the electronic archive of MINHAFP, both from the Ministry of Finance and the Civil Service.
3. Electronic Archive of AGE

The AGE electronic file has not yet been created. It is pending in the Royal Decree of development of Law 39/2015 for the detailed definition of this file.

03/31/2019: The publication of the Royal Decree remains pending.
06/30/2019: The SGAD has developed the necessary elements for making the Single Archive Portal of the AGE available, pending its final implementation in the regulatory development of laws 39 and 40/2015.
4. Service for all AAPP

It has been technically finalized and is in the process of functional implementation. The service is used by the State Secretariat for Public Service and the Ministry of Finance. The Junta de Andalucía is also reusing the software.
5. CDTIC AGE Working Groups

31/10/2017: Working Groups of: Electronic document (eDoc), Electronic file (eExp) and Electronic file (eArchive) created since the beginning of the year.
On 2 March, the seven working sub-groups were established and continue to hold meetings, without having yet completed their work. The last meeting took place on March 2, 2017.
12/31/2017: New meeting will be convened in the month of January 2018.
31/03/2018: The last meeting was on 3 March. The groups continue to work as planned. There is no closing date for the works, they will be continuous.
30/06/2018: Archival work is paused in anticipation of the RD for the development of Law 39. We terminate the task as the working sub-groups are created and functioning.
6. CCAA and EELL Working Groups of the eAdmin Sectoral Committee
