Non-profit associations and foundations representing civil society at the Open Government Forum
La Order HFP/134/2018, of 15 February, creating the Open Government Forum foresees that they will be members of the Forum Eight vocal representatives of non-profit associations and foundationsrepresentatives of civil society, upon convocation of the Secretary of State for the Civil Service
For this reason, the Secretary of State for the Civil Service, through the General Directorate of Public Governance, invited from the Transparency Portal to present the candidacies to be part of the Open Government Forum for organizations bringing together the following requirements:
Be an association or foundation of a private and non-profit nature.
Be registered in the Spanish public registry at the state or regional level corresponding to its legal nature.
Ensure democratic participation within it and act transparently in the development of its social object activities and accountability.
That its social object is related to activities of open government and transparency.
Have developed or participated in the last three years in activities or projects related to open government and transparency.
In addition, the selection would take into account the territorial implementation, seniority, the connection of the social object with the activities of open government and the number of activities or projects deployed in this field in the last 3 years.
