Under article 56 of act 1/2002 of 13 april, de la Generalitat, transparency and Good government of the valencian community.

Despite the fact that it has created a channel i express to the formulation and resolution of consultations, dilemmas or complaints on the implementation of codes of conduct, the Anti-Fraud Valencian Agency fields enquiries in this regard, and the General inspectorate of the Generalitat has a complaints box.
