Like starting pointThe observatory included24 practicesas set out in Commitment 9. "Observatory on Open Government" of IV Open Government Plan, and subject to monitoring during the period of validity of the plan.
El procedure for inclusion New practices are included in the document requirements the Observatory, as well as the form for sending new proposals for good practice, initiative card modelwhich was shared with the Collaboration Working Group at the meeting of 19/01/2021 and approved by the Standing Committee of the Open Government Forum, at its meeting of 01/06/2021.
The observatory will integrate good sectoral practices in open government promoted by:
General Administration of the State and its agencies and dependent entities.
Administrations of the Autonomous Communities and Cities and their agencies or dependent entities.
Local Entities.
FEMP.
Spanish universities.
Civil society organizations in collaboration with public administrations.
Public administrations may also propose the incorporation into the observatory of good practices that have received some kind of recognition or prize for their contribution to the values of Open Government. Prior to their publication, the proposals are evaluated in accordance with the objectives and criteria established in the Framework Document for the Elaboration of the Fourth Open Government Planagreed by the Standing Committee of the Open Government Forum on 14 February 2019, and discussed within the Working Group on Communication and Collaboration and the Standing Committee of the Open Government Forum.
June of 2021. The General Directorate of Open Government received two new proposals for the inclusion of good practices, which were assessed according to the procedure and submitted for study to the Working Group on Communication and Collaboration, which approved them at its meeting on 15/06/2021:
