Obligation of the general conditions
Any person who reuse documents, simply by using them, is subject to the general conditions available in “ www.datos.gob.es/avisolegal ”.
Authorization for re-use and non-exclusive assignment of intellectual property rights
These general conditions allow documents can be reused for commercial purposes and non-commercial use.
Reuse means use documents that are before the General state administration and other government agencies mentioned in thearticle 1.2 of the royal decree 1495/2011, of 24 octoberwhich developsLaw 37/2007 of 16 november, on reuse information public sector.
Individuals and companies can reuse these documents, provided that it will not be a public administrative activity. Reuse permitted includes activities such as copy, publish, modify, adapt, extract, reorder and combine the information.
The concept paper, according to law 37/2007, includes any information, whether physical or electronic format, and any form of graphic expression, sound or image. This also includes data disaggregated levels or “ product ”.
This authorization, also includes free and not exclusive of intellectual property rights of these documents. This provides for activities such as reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform documents.
These activities are needed for reuse in any format and in any part of the world, during the maximum time allowed by law.
General conditions for reuse.
The following general conditions for any reuse documents:
1. The meaning of the information cannot be ” distort ”. This means that, in the reuse documents, you may not alter, distort or modify the content of a loss of or change the original message.
2. It must cite the source of the official reused. you can do so: “ Sources of information Portal of the Transparency of the General state administration ”.
3. Should refer to the date of the last update of the official reused, if you are included in the original document.
4. You will not be able to indicate, imply or suggest that the transparency Portal participates, sponsors or supports reuse carried out with this information.
5. Metadata, including in the document, which provide the date of updating and conditions for re-use must be preserved without any alteration or elimination.
Exclusion of liability.
The users or agents to reuse the datasets do so at their own risk. They shall be solely responsible against third parties at any damage that may arise by this reuse.
The transparency Portal of the General state administration is not responsible for the use reutilizadores “ agents ” (users the information used to recycle) of their information, or for any loss or economic losses that may arise directly or indirectly by the use of information usable.
The transparency Portal of the General state administration does not guarantee that reusable documents are always available, and ensure that its content or format. Not responsible for any error or omission in them.
Responsibility of the agent/agent reutilizador/a
The officer who used the information must comply with the norms on reuse of public sector information, including the sanctions provided for in article 11 of act 37/2007 on reuse of public sector information.
