Status of implementation
On 10 december 2021 the galician council of the Xunta de Galicia has adopted a General risk Prevention, management and Anti-Fraud Measures in the Xunta de Galicia.
It also adopted the outline of the plan for the various Consellerías formulate and adopt its specific plans of prevention of risk management and anti-fraud measures, including both the departments of the general administration as instrumental entities connected. Progressively have been adopted specific plans in the different Consellerías of Galicia.

There are currently 66 positions and entities with specific plans of prevention of risk management and anti-fraud measures adopted. The process of adoption of specific plans is a continuing at the time and new plans are added as adendas and are available on the Portal of transparency and open government in the Xunta de Galicia (https :// transparencia.xunta.gal/integridade-institucional)
On 19 may 2023 the galician council of the Xunta de Galicia proceeded to approve a revision and updating of the road map for the prevention of risk management and anti-fraud initiatives of the Xunta de Galicia, which, among other issues, was regulated in detail the procedure towards the possible conflict of interest, adapted the existing complaints to the provisions of the new law 2/2023, included a new matrix for risk assessment, and called upon all the departments of the autonomous community to upgrade their specific plans of measures against fraud.
From now on the various centres managers and instrumental entities of the Xunta de Galicia began the task of adopting its new anti-fraud schemes. While there are still some outstanding departments of the update, specific plans for the prevention of risk management and anti-fraud initiatives are already approved.
