The total number of requests for access to information submitted is 5,198, of which more than 25% (1,357) have been submitted by 10 citizens. The rest (3,841) are distributed among 1,758 citizens.

The total number of complaints submitted to the Council for Transparency and Good Governance is 317, of which more than 50% (170) have been submitted by 10 citizens. The rest (147) are distributed among 125 citizens.
