| 05d. Training of personnel of public service offices | Sep-17 | jun-19 | 31/03/2018: Two training activities have been scheduled to be attended by the public during the month of May. For the month of June, two more actions are scheduled, one of them of attention to the culturally diverse public. 30/06/2018: In the months of March and May, two face-to-face training actions were carried out on “Information and Multichannel Attention to the Citizen” of 25 hours, forming a total of 66 students. In March, the 25-hour “Multi-Channel Care for Disability” course with 26 trained students was held at INAP headquarters. In the months of May and June an online course on “Attention and information to citizens” was held in which 60 students participated. As well as the celebration of a face-to-face course of 15 hours and 30 participants on “Attention to culturally diverse public”.
