To comply with this phase of the commitment, the Second seminar of those scheduled on October 13, 2021.
This seminar was opened by the Director of the CEPC and the coordinators R.R.N., full professor of Constitutional Law at the Complutense University of Madrid and I.M.D., full professor of Administrative Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha.
The topics and participants were as follows:

These contributions will be of great value in the process of reform of the regulatory framework of transparency.
