State of implementation

The Norma project has a complete design for each of the modules that would make it up and has a complete budget for its development.

The project was submitted to the Subdirectorate General of Digital Administration (SGAD) for funding through European funds, once approved, the execution of the tasks and the complete development of the project begins.

The Ministry initiated actions aimed at the integration of the Virtual Commission application of the Office of the Government Secretariat and that of the Annual Regulatory Plan (PAN) of the Deputy General Technical Secretary, which would facilitate communication and speed up the procedures carried out by both units. Work is also under way to improve these applications to facilitate monitoring of the status of the standards included in the NAP for the NAP evaluation report.

New functionalities have been incorporated to integrate different applications of the Ministry to facilitate the monitoring of projects from their incorporation into the Annual Normative Plan to their publication in BOE.

With regard to the previous review of the state of implementation, has been completed the second milestone (12/2023) of the construction of an application for the follow-up of the Annual Normative Plan, with a specific module for the evaluation of the execution of the plan. This development is being carried out with the Ministry of the Presidency’s own budget.

Regarding the LEOS application, functionalities have been integrated that allow the integration of changes in the legal texts drafted when observations are made in documents in .docx format, and templates have been included for the drafting of Council of Ministers Agreements, among others.
