State of implementation
The identification of the available data and sources was carried out by the researcher responsible for the project before completing its service at INAP. The researcher found that these data were very limited (at the level of the microdata needed to carry out the project with the scope that was initially planned). This limitation refers both to the temporary availability of the data (which is limited to the last 5 only) and to the scope. With regard to selective processes, the data would be limited to those of the applicants to the selective processes managed by the INAP, which would therefore leave the applicants to the other selective processes of the AGE out of focus. In the case of training processes, likewise, the data would be limited to the people who form the INAP, leaving out the rest of the training action of the training system for employment of the public administrations, in particular those of the other ministerial departments.
For this reason, it has been assessed that the scope and initial purpose of the project was compromised and distorted.
And therefore, it has not been possible to make progress in the following actions (adaptation plan for dissemination, communication, etc. ).
Since it will not be possible to make further progress in the development of this project, INAP postpones its withdrawal from the IV Open Government plan.
