State of implementation
Since May 20, 2024, the statistics service of the Public Sector Contracting Platform has been fully operational, for execution and consultation by citizens and organizations representing civil society.
In the statistics service of the Public Sector Contracting Platform (PLACSP), the information is structured in two sections. Public sector, where information corresponding to the results of the corresponding tenders is presented, both to the contracting bodies that have hosted their profile of the contractor in the PLACSP and to those that have their profile in the contracting platforms of the autonomous communities and PLACSP Profiles, which shows, in more detail, the information of the results exclusively of the contracting bodies that have hosted their profile of the contracting party in PLACSP.
The statistics service makes use of the open data distributed by the Public Sector Contracting Platform and published on the open data portal of the Ministry of Finance.
These open data sets are prepared by the Sub-Directorate General for the Coordination of Electronic Contracting, belonging to the General Directorate of State Heritage, on the basis of the data published by the contracting bodies in the PLACSP.
