State of implementation
Finalized for the Law of General State Budgets (LPGE 2021 and 2022). The commitment has been fulfilled, notably improving the information provided to the citizens on the draft General State Budget Law, in order to make this information accessible and understandable through a diptych. The budgetary information, which is published in the Budgetary Administration Portal, through four classifications: by policies, organic, economic and Income, being able to access the information that most interests you, facilitates access to various documentation related to the Law of General Budgets of the State. Among others, information is presented on: the articles of the Law; the income and expenditure statements; the operating and capital budgets; the financial economic report; the reports of objectives of each of the budget sections; the real investment annexes; the economic-organic report and the report by programs; the consolidated budget; the annex of financial flows Spain-European Union; the liquidation of the 2021 Budget; the progress of the liquidation of the 2022 Budget and the operating and investment expenses of the Bank of Spain.
In addition, and as a complement to the more traditional presentation of the Budget, focused on the distribution of public resources among the different public policies and services (pensions, health, education, research, citizen security, etc. ), several cross-cutting budget reports have been published in recent years, which highlight the contribution of spending programmes to certain areas or objectives of public interest, the achievement of which usually involves several budgetary policies. The transversal reports that accompany the General State Budgets, which can be accessed through the website, are the following: Gender Impact Report; Report on the alignment of the General State Budgets with the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda; Report on the Impact on Children, Adolescents and the Family and the Report on the alignment of the General State Budgets with the Ecological Transition, the latter incorporated for the first time with the presentation of the PGE 2023 Project.
