State of implementation

Objective: Conduct workshops to identify areas of improvement of the Transparency Portal.

• Note: task 2 of activity 7 of Project 4 “New Transparency Portal” of the Strategic Plan of the General Directorate of Public Governance.

Current status:

The day 28/06/2023 takes place the I Workshop for the improvement of the Transparency Portal. It is carried out online and the Microsoft Teams tool is used with support from Microsoft Whiteboard.

The objective of the workshop was to obtain proposals that allow the improvement of the portal from the point of view of information architecture, accessibility and usability, as well as the exchange of good practices in the framework of transparency.

As conclusions of this, the need to make a complete review of the usability of the pages of the portal and its contents, as well as the interoperability of the published information, is appreciated.

Special mention deserves the necessary revision of the language used in the pages so that its content is understood by as many users as possible.
