State of implementation

On January 16, 2020, the Governing Council approved Agreement 1/2020 on the catalogue of public information to comply with the obligations of active advertising on the Open Government Portal of the Junta de Castilla y León. Published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León.

This agreement provides for the preparation of this Large inventory of public information by the General Directorate of Transparency and Good Governance, where all the contents of mandatory advertising, their managers, frequency of updating and formats will be related. It will be a living document whose approval and updating will be the responsibility of the Minister of Transparency, Regional Planning and External Action.
