As agreed in the Transparency and Accountability Working Group of the Open Government Forum of November 10, 2020 (view informational note), on 22 January 2021, the Directorate-General for Public Governance forwarded to the Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies (CEPC) a compilation of the proposals made by various members of the Forum, with a view to organizing the debates in the CEPC on the reform of the transparency law.
Two debates organized by the Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies under the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory have already been held, as foreseen in the Fourth Plan. These debates are as follows:
The third expert seminar was held on October 4, 2022, with the title “Digital administration”, coordinated by Professor M.M.G., Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Seville.
On December 12, 2022, the last of the debates organized by the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies, under the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory, was held, as scheduled in the Fourth Plan, which dealt with “Mediation, compliance and control of the resolutions of the transparency bodies.” With the celebration of this seminar, this activity is completed.
