1. Ease of understanding the texts that are published on the pages of the Portal. Use of abbreviations or abbreviations (e.g. AGE, CCAA, EELL, OOPP, CTBG, LTAIBG) Ability to relate the content that is in each of the sections/subjects/items of information to your name. Do you know what you’re going to puncture?
2. Ease of searching for what you want to find.
   How many clicks are needed to reach the information you are looking for?
   Is the information up to date?
   Where can I see the update period?
3. Size and type of letter.
   Color contrast of text and images.
   Do I have to put more images on the Portal?
   Density of the information on the pages.
   Downloadable information (reuse). In XLS/ODS format. In PDF format. In CSV format.
