Status of implementation
Contacts with other AA.PP. (cabildos and municipalities) have been framed within the meetings of the network of open government de Canarias. In the first meeting in november 2020, outlined the axis of open data network (objectives, participants, etc.) andsecond meeting, in march 2021it presented a newopen data portal de Canarias.and it adopted the timetable for the entities (cabildos and municipalities) are incorporated into this new portal. The timetable would be as follows:
April – September AA.PP. 2021: with datos.gob.es. federated
September - December AA.PP. 2021: with open data portals and are not yet with datos.gob.es federated
2022: AA.PP. without open portals.
On 8 july 2021 met with theCanary open governmentwhere were revealed progress in the handling of sucripción of the convention of the network, the protocol for the opening of data and the russian open data portal of the canary islands and became a standardised where the findings of the participation of the network in the development of the law canaria of open government. At the moment, and as a pilot, working with the Cabildo de La Palma to federar its open data portal with data portal is open from the canary islands.
With the signing, in february 2002, of the convention of the network Interadministrativa Canaria of open government (REDGA) has created the context of work for collaboration among the different government agencies which are interested in joining the open data portal of the canary islands, among other things. From the formal constitution of the network, has been set up within the REDGA, the working group open data of the network, where they are represented the seven island councils and municipalities, through the FECAM.
