Status of implementation
After the proposal of Acuerdo which notes the launch of proceedings for the opening of the high-value data in the administration of the Junta de andalucía, adopted by the council of government on 29 august 2023, work is under way in the constitution of the working groups that will allow us to the development of the annual plan for the opening of each of the Department, prioritizing data sets of high value to this effect to the implementing regulation (EU) 2023/138 of the commission of 21 december 2022 cited above.
It has also defined a strategic framework for the development of the proceedings of the opening of data, describing aspects such as the organization and distribution of responsibilities, a task planning stages, the publication and maintenance of data sets, the evaluation by indicators and the dissemination of results. The strategic framework was approved in committee and General Viceconsejeros Viceconsejeras held on 21 september.
