Agenda of the summit

The Summit will have a dynamic agenda which will include in its programme thematic working groups, plenary meetings, high-level round-table format and a wide variety of side events and opportunities for networking. Together, these elements are seeking to ensure a diverse, inclusive and action-oriented agenda. The will be aligned with the programme of Co-Chair of the government of Spain and Great Sky:

• Persons:Protect outer civic, strengthen democracy and ensure a balance between the contributions of the government, civil society and the private sector.
• Institutions:ITo involve all branches of government — including parliament and the judiciary — to improve transparency, accountability and participation.
• Technology and data:Addressing the digital rights, governance of social networks and freedoms in the internet, while promoting civic space online and freedom of expression.
