Access Code Identification Service
The service of identification by Access Code is an alternative system to the Cl@ve system, which will allow you to identify yourself electronically, both to exercise your right of access to public information and to find out the status of your request. At any time, you can communicate any incidence related to this system.
subirAccess Code
To access through this service, you need your NIF/NIE and an access code. This code, generated by an algorithm, can be subsequently modified by the person.
subirObtaining the initial Access Code
To obtain the initial Access Code, either because you do not have it or you do not remember it, you will be asked for your NIF and a piece of personal information from your National Identity Document (DNI). In addition, you will be asked for the e-mail address to which the generated code will be sent, after giving your consent to the processing of some of your personal data and verifying that the person accessing is not a machine or robot (captcha test).
This is done via the option: If you do not have an Access Code or do not remember it, you can obtain a new one.
This mechanism for automatically obtaining an access code can be used in any situation, either because the code has been lost or for any other reason.
subirMail message with access code
